Eye2Property Ltd VAT number is 902 4294 47. The prices shown on this web site are applicable to purchases made on the Eye2Property Ltd web site. Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online. All prices are correct at time of display online and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Eye2Property Ltd reserve the right to cancel any purchase contract in the event of a typing, administrative or other error resulting in an incorrect price being. In these circumstances, neither parties will be bound to continue with that contract, you may be asked by Eye2Property Ltd to confirm whether or not you wish to proceed with your order including all goods correctly priced. There will be no contract in place unless and until you do email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. 2. Ordering Goods Simply browse our web site and select the items you require, you then have three choices: a) Buy immediately online and pay using your debit or credit card; b) Telephone our order line and pay by debit or credit card c) Send your order by post and pay by cheque or postal order. To open an account or for account information please contact our finance department on sales@Eye2Property.co.uk. Please note new accounts are subject to an accounts approval process and we reserve the right to decline any account applications. 3. Payment We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by Eye2Property Ltd we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the address provided on your order form. Acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between Eye2Property Ltd and the customer. 4. Validation ChecksAll credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Eye2Property Ltd will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process with the card issuer. We may need to contact you again to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. 5. Credit Card MisuseThe majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay. 6. Delivery of Goods Eye2Property Ltd can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and to non-mainland UK addresses and also certain remote UK mainland addresses and locations including the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands. Please check individual products for applicable carriage fees. If you are unsure about the carriage fees advertised on this website please contact a customer service advisor 01440 783304 or link to contact page. Goods can be delivered either to your home address or to any specified alternative address or to your work (subject to the possibility of additional delivery charges as referred to in the previous paragraph, in respect of non UK mainland and remote addresses and locations), but we will have fulfilled our delivery obligations to you if we arrange delivery to the delivery address provided by you in your online order (or if no specific delivery address is given to us, by delivery to your own address as provided to us). Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by Courier. A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Courier deliveries. 6a UK Delivery Charges For information on carriage charges, please contact a member of our sales team. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION ON THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR NON-UK DESTINATIONS. 6b UK Delivery Times Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In the event of your order coinciding with a Bank Holiday please allow an extra 3 working days. From the receipt of payment for your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 3 working days providing the goods are in stock. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.PLEASE NOTE: We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
